It is the responsibility of the end user to ensure all bookings and activities are in accordance with their club’s regulations and its software’s policies.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tee Time Boss, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees).
