We do our best to match you to your preferred tee time, but occasionally Tee Time BOSS will schedule the next best available tee time due to conflicts. There are several factors which are out of our control that may have created a conflict during your preferred tee time, such as your club hosting a tournament or special event. If you feel there was an error, please send us a message and note the day and time of the occurrence.

Your golf club website login credentials must match your Tee Time BOSS member preference page in order for the robotic automation to successfully execute. If they do not match, your tee times will not book. Your credentials are secured and stored on our website so that our robotic process automation can leverage them to properly book your tee time in your club tee sheet management system. Please update your Tee Time BOSS preferences page if you’ve recently changed your username or password in your club’s management portal.

Please check that your username, password, and payments information are all up-to-date. This is the most common error that users experience. If all of these are accurate, please use the Contact Us form and our customer support team will reach out within 48 hours.

Notify us immediately via the Contact Us form so that you experience minimal downtime. Please make note the new software that your club plans on using in your message.

Yes, your club must use an online golf management software in order for Tee Time BOSS to function properly. If you purchased a membership and did not know this ahead of time, please use the Contact Us form to request a refund.

After your initial membership preferences being updated, it will take up to 48 hours for the Tee Time BOSS team to develop a new Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for you. Once the automation is setup, you will start receiving email notifications after each successful tee time booking. You can adjust your Tee Time BOSS notification settings on your preference page. Each successful tee time booking will be managed directly in your club poral, not in Tee Time BOSS.

Use your club portal to manage existing tee time reservations. Tee Time BOSS is an automation tool, it does not replace your club management software. If you wish to add/remove players or cancel your reservation, please do so using your club portal / website.

The Preferences Page is used to store your club credentials and your tee time preferences.
The Account Page is used to adjust your Tee Time BOSS subscription, account, and payment information.

No, Tee Time BOSS never shares your account information with you club and your automated activity is logged the same way in their systems as if you were logging online manually.

Yes, Tee Time BOSS works with any course that offers a web portal for Tee Time Management. If your Public course requires credit card or payment information to complete a booking, Tee Time BOSS will not work as we do not store or sync payment information.

Yes, we do! Please be sure your golf club’s management software and website are able to be displayed in English. We currently do not support automations in other languages.

If you golf club uses a lottery system instead of a reservation system, unfortunately you will not get any major benefits from Tee Time BOSS service unless you simply want automation to enter into the lottery.
